Code execution via unchecked XML entity copy

Heap buffer overflow in OpenCV 4.1.0 XML persistence parsing allows attackers to execute code through a crafted XML file. In persistence_xml.cpp, XMLParser copies an unrecognized entity and its delimiters into the fixed-size strbuf without checking the remaining capacity. Exploitation requires an application to process attacker-supplied XML; the demonstrated result is heap corruption and a process crash, with code execution possible.
