Cross-site request forgery in IBM Cloud App Management 2019.3.0 and 2019.4.0 allows remote attackers to trigger unauthorized actions. IBM has not published the affected endpoint or the request-validation operation that accepts the forged request. Exploitation requires a trusted user to submit attacker-controlled requests; IBM reports integrity impact only.
