Credential exposure in IBM Cognos Analytics 11.0 and 11.1 allows physically proximate attackers to obtain credentials from a user's browser. The New Data Server Connection page applies incorrect autocomplete settings to credential fields, permitting the browser to retain or supply sensitive values. Exploitation requires physical access to a browser used for the page and exposes credentials without changing data or interrupting service.
