Authenticated file disclosure via URL path traversal

Path traversal in IBM Security Identity Manager 7.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary files via crafted URL requests. The web request path accepts dot-dot sequences and resolves them outside the intended directory instead of rejecting or canonicalizing the traversal input. Administrative privileges are required, and disclosure is limited to files readable by the affected service.
