Local password disclosure via diagnostic trace

Information disclosure in IBM MQ 7.1 through 9.1.3 allows local users to read sensitive data recorded in trace output. The runmqras trace collection records the value supplied to its -ftppassword parameter, placing an FTP password in diagnostic trace data. Exposure requires local access to that trace data and use of the affected parameter; the flaw discloses the supplied password without altering data or service availability.
