CVE-2019-4602Network attack vector

Credential disclosure via embedded web UI JavaScript

Published Apr 8, 2020 · Updated Sep 16, 2024

Cross-site scripting in IBM Engineering Test Management 6.0.2, 6.0.6, and 6.0.6.1 allows remote authenticated users to disclose credentials. The web UI accepts and embeds arbitrary JavaScript, but IBM has not disclosed the affected field, endpoint, or missing neutralization operation. Execution requires a trusted-session user to view the attacker-supplied content, allowing script-driven credential disclosure and interface alteration.
