Authentication bypass in IBM Tivoli Monitoring Service 6.3.0.7.3 through 6.3.0.7.10 allows remote attackers to disable the monitoring server. IBM identifies the TEMA service console as affected but has not published the request-handling error that bypasses native operating-system authentication. Network access to an enabled service console is sufficient; unauthorized operational changes can interrupt monitoring without reported data disclosure.
