Weak credential storage in the IBM QRadar SIEM Console 7.3.0 through 7.3.3 allows local users to decrypt stored credentials. IBM states only that credential storage is weak in some instances; the bulletin does not identify the storage locus, encryption scheme, or decryption operation.
