Password recovery via DES hashing fallback

Weak password hashing in openSUSE Factory yast2-security before 4.2.6 allows local users with hash access to recover passwords from DES hashes. After configuration files moved, YaST read no ENCRYPT_METHOD value from the expected login.defs location and allowed pam_unix to fall back to DES when creating passwords. Access to the stored password hashes is required; successful cracking discloses account passwords but does not directly alter data or interrupt service.
