Local privilege escalation via unsafe temporary-directory migration

Path traversal in packaged pcp releases for SUSE Linux products allows local users with pcp access to overwrite arbitrary files. During privileged package maintenance, migrate_tempdirs moves entries from pcp-controlled sticky temporary directories without safely constraining them to the intended directory trees. A crafted filesystem entry present when the migration runs enables root-level file replacement and privilege escalation.
