Server denial of service via unchecked container preallocation

Resource exhaustion in Meta Facebook Thrift before 2020.02.03.00 allows remote attackers to interrupt C++ servers with crafted messages. Container readers trust declared list, set, and map sizes and preallocate memory without first confirming that the payload has enough bytes for those elements. Any unauthenticated client able to submit a Thrift message can consume disproportionate memory and interrupt the serving process.
