Insufficient IOCTL access control in ASUS Aura Sync before 1.07.84 allows local users to elevate privileges through its driver. The driver permits local users to bypass its verification step and invoke arbitrary IOCTLs instead of enforcing access checks. Low-privileged Windows access is required, and successful exploitation grants higher privileges on the same host.
