Unauthenticated file disclosure via decoded path traversal
Published Jun 19, 2026 · Updated Jun 19, 2026
Local file inclusion in JoomTech Easy Shop 1.2.3 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files through a crafted GET request. The ajax.loadImage task base64-decodes the file parameter and uses the resulting path without restricting traversal, returning files such as configuration.php or /etc/passwd. No authentication or user interaction is required, and disclosure is limited to files readable by the Joomla web-server process.
