Administrator-only SQL injection via unsanitized tid
Published Jun 4, 2026 · Updated Jun 4, 2026
SQL injection in WP Google Review Slider 6.1 allows remote authenticated users to query the WordPress database through the tid parameter. The templates_posts.php handler concatenates the tid value into a SELECT WHERE id clause without parameterization after checking a request nonce. A valid nonce and manage_options access are required, limiting reachability to WordPress administrators and contradicting the CNA’s unauthenticated claim.
