Local code execution via Host IP overflow

Buffer overflow in LabF nfsAxe 3.7 Ping Client allows local users to execute arbitrary code through a crafted Host IP value. The Ping Client accepts an oversized Host IP string that overwrites the saved return address with an attacker-selected address and transfers execution to embedded shellcode. A local user must supply the payload to ping.exe and start the request; code then runs with the application's privileges on the Windows host.
