CVE-2019-25650Public exploit

Local code execution via SEH chain overwrite

Published Mar 26, 2026 · Updated Mar 26, 2026

Buffer overflow in River Past Cam Do 3.7.6 allows local users to execute arbitrary code through a crafted Lame_enc.dll name. A 280-byte value overwrites the NSEH entry and SEH handler address, redirecting exception processing through a pop-pop-ret gadget to payload code. Exploitation requires local interaction with the application's Options dialog; the published payload runs in the application context and opens a bind shell on port 3110.
