Database disclosure via portalLogin.php SQL injection

SQL injection in Inout Article Base CMS allows remote attackers to read sensitive database data through crafted portalLogin.php GET requests. The portalLogin.php handler uses p and u values in database queries without neutralizing XOR-based SQL syntax. No authentication or user interaction is required; the disclosed time-delay payload creates an oracle for extracting database contents.
