Arbitrary file read via unauthenticated path selection

Local file inclusion in Dulldusk phpFileManager 1.7.8 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files through index.php. The action=3 file-view request accepts fm_current_dir and filename as attacker-controlled path components and returns the referenced file without authentication. The script permits unauthenticated access by default, so exposure of its URL grants read access to files available to the PHP process.
