Local code execution via Stream Name overflow

Stack buffer overflow in the FlexHEX 2.71 Stream Name field allows local users to execute arbitrary code through pasted Unicode input. The dialog accepts an overlong Unicode string without an effective length bound, overwriting next-SEH and SEH handler records so an exception redirects control to embedded shellcode. Exploitation requires local GUI access and a manual paste into New Stream; the published proof of concept executes code in the FlexHEX process context on Windows XP SP3.
