Application crash via oversized key-entry file

Denial of service in Pixarra Paint Studio 2.17 allows local attackers to crash the application through the license-key entry mechanism. The key-entry path reads an oversized character buffer from a text file without correctly validating the referenced position or offset. Local access sufficient to make the application read the crafted file is required, and the reported consequence is an application crash only.
