Application crash via malformed keyboard input

Denial of service in Pixarra Tree Studio 2.17 allows local users to crash the application by entering arbitrary keyboard characters. The keyboard interface processes arbitrary characters during runtime without safely handling the inconsistent input condition. Local interactive access to the running Windows application is required, and exploitation causes a hang or abnormal termination only.
