Local code execution via license string overflow

Out-of-bounds write in Socusoft TuneClone Audio Converter 2.20 allows local users to execute arbitrary code via a crafted license string. The license-entry path accepts a 6,000-byte Name and Code payload without enforcing its destination boundary, allowing input after 1,056 bytes to overwrite NSEH and SEH control data. The attacker must access the Windows desktop interface and submit the string; successful control-flow redirection runs code in the application user's context.
