Published Mar 22, 2026 · Updated Mar 22, 2026
Buffer overflow in ZOC Terminal 7.23.4 allows local users to crash the application through the Program Settings Shell field. The Shell field accepts a 270-byte string, but public records do not identify the undersized buffer or copy operation that causes the crash. Exploitation requires local access to the graphical settings interface and interrupts only the ZOC process, with no reported data exposure or modification.
