CVE-2019-25585Public exploit

Application crash via oversized Webseeds input

Published Mar 22, 2026 · Updated Mar 22, 2026

Denial of service in Deluge 1.3.15 allows local users to crash the application by entering a 5,000-byte string in the torrent Webseeds field. The torrent-creation dialog accepts the oversized Webseeds value without rejecting it, and processing the 5,000-byte input terminates the client. Exploitation requires local access to the graphical client and interrupts only that application process; no data access or code execution is reported.
