Denial of service in Lyric Video Creator 2.1 allows attackers to crash the Windows application by opening a malformed MP3 file. The Browse song file-handling path accepts a 5,000-byte sequence of A characters as an MP3 and crashes while processing it. A user must select the crafted file in the application; the published proof of concept demonstrates only a crash, not code execution or data access.
