Unauthenticated code execution via traversal file upload

Unrestricted file upload in ARMBot allows remote attackers to execute PHP code by sending a traversal filename to upload.php. The endpoint accepts the file parameter as a destination path without containing traversal sequences, so ../public_html/ places a .phtml payload in the web root. No authentication or user interaction is required; requesting the uploaded script executes code in the web server context.
