Local application crash via oversized registration input

Out-of-bounds write in SQL Server Password Changer 1.90 allows local users to crash the Windows application through oversized registration data. The registration dialog accepts a 6,000-byte User Name and Registration Code value and writes beyond the intended buffer when OK is selected. Access to the local graphical interface and a pasted payload are required, and the demonstrated consequence is an application crash.
