Out-of-bounds write in Nsasoft SpotIE Password Recovery 2.9.5 allows local users to crash the application via an oversized key. The registration dialog's Key field processes 256 repeated characters without enforcing the destination buffer boundary, writing beyond the intended buffer. Exploitation requires local interaction with the registration workflow and interrupts only the SpotIE process; no code execution is demonstrated.
