Authenticated code execution via add-user Username overflow

Stack-based buffer overflow in Sricam DeviceViewer 3.12.0.1 allows local users to execute arbitrary code through User Management. The add-user path accepts a 5,000-byte crafted Username without enforcing stack-buffer bounds, and bundled DLL gadgets support a ROP chain that invokes WinExec. Reachability requires an authenticated user to enter the payload in System Configuration and click Add; successful exploitation opens a command shell in the application's security context.
