Script execution via unneutralized policyfw parameters
Published Feb 19, 2026 · Updated Feb 19, 2026
Cross-site scripting in Comodo Dome Firewall 2.7.0 allows remote attackers to run scripts in administrator browsers via policyfw requests. The policyfw endpoint returns the mac and target POST parameters without neutralizing script markup and stores the remark parameter for later rendering. An administrator must view the reflected response or a page containing the saved remark, enabling browser-context data access or state changes.
