Browser script execution via reflected ID parameter
Published Feb 19, 2026 · Updated Feb 19, 2026
Reflected XSS in Comodo Dome Firewall 2.7.0 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in a victim's browser through a crafted URL. The /manage/ips/rules/ handler returns the ID query parameter in an HTML response without neutralizing script markup. No authentication is required, but a victim must open the crafted request; the script then runs in the firewall origin and can read or alter browser-accessible data.
