Stack-based buffer overflow in WMV to AVI MPEG DVD WMV Converter 4.6.1217 allows attackers to execute code through license fields. The license dialog accepts a 6,000-byte license name or code without adequate bounds enforcement, overwriting stack and SEH control data. The public exploit requires opening EnterKey, pasting the payload, and clicking OK; successful exploitation runs code with the application's privileges.
