Buffer overflow in Foscam Video Management System 1.1.4.9 allows local users to crash the application via a 520-byte username. The Add Device login check accepts the oversized username without enforcing the destination buffer's size, causing the client to terminate. Exploitation requires interaction with the Windows desktop client; the documented consequence is an application crash only.
