Unauthenticated credential disclosure via interpolated username query

SQL injection in Kostas Mitroglou thesystem 1.0 allows remote attackers to disclose stored credentials through the username parameter. The check_users view interpolates the POSTed value into a SQLite SELECT statement and returns the first matching login tuple. The endpoint lacks an authentication guard, so a crafted tautology discloses stored username, password, and email data without user interaction.
