Application crash via project name overflow

Stack-based buffer overflow in SurfOffline Professional 2.2.0.103 allows local users to crash the application through the project name. The project wizard copies a 390-byte crafted name—382 filler bytes plus two four-byte fields—past its stack buffer and overwrites the SEH record. Exploitation requires interactive access to enter the payload and complete the wizard; the demonstrated consequence is a process crash, not system-wide denial of service.
