Application crash via oversized registration code

Stack-based buffer overflow in XnSoft XnConvert 1.82 allows local users to crash the application through the registration code field. The registration dialog accepts a 9,000-byte repeated-character string in its user name and registration code field without enforcing a safe input bound. The published proof of concept requires an interactive Windows 7 session, pasting generated text into the dialog, acknowledging an invalid-code message, and clicking OK; the documented consequence is an application crash only.
