Unrestricted file upload and deletion in Loopus Tech WP Cost Estimation before 9.644 allows remote attackers to take over WordPress sites. The lfb_upload_form action accepts files after bypassable filename-substring checks, while lfb_removeFile concatenates request fields into a path and passes it to unlink. Both AJAX actions are unauthenticated; attackers can install an executable web shell or delete wp-config.php and reconfigure the site.
