Stored XSS via unencoded chat messages

Stored cross-site scripting in Eli Nicksic Razgover at commit db37dfc5 allows remote authenticated users to run script via chat messages. Chattify/send.php stored the msg POST value after SQL escaping but without HTML encoding, and home.php rendered the stored value directly into a paragraph. An account and a second user's viewing of the chat are required; successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled script in that viewer's browser.
