Configuration disclosure via unauthenticated direct file access

Information disclosure in V-SOL GPON/EPON OLT Platform 2.03 allows remote attackers to download configuration data without authentication. The web management interface serves usrcfg.conf through unauthenticated HTTP GET requests to /device/usrcfg.conf or /action/usrcfg.conf. Network access to the management interface is sufficient, and the disclosed configuration can enable authentication bypass or further system access.
