Unquoted service path handling in devolo dLAN Cockpit 4.3.1 allows local users to execute code with elevated privileges on Windows. The DevoloNetworkService uses a path containing spaces without surrounding quotes, allowing Windows to resolve attacker-placed code from the system root. Exploitation requires local access and permission to place that code; it runs with the service's elevated privileges at startup or reboot.
