Unauthenticated configuration disclosure via archive endpoint

Information disclosure in Tellion HN-2204AP version 0 allows remote attackers to retrieve configuration data without authentication. The /cgi-bin/system_config_file management endpoint returns a compressed configuration archive without performing an authentication or authorization check. Network access to the management interface is sufficient, and the archive can expose administrative credentials, wireless keys, and other device settings.
