Memory disclosure or crash via NetLabel bounds errors

Out-of-bounds reads in the Linux kernel NetLabel subsystem allow remote attackers to disclose kernel memory or crash affected systems. cipso_v4_map_lvl_valid indexes a level mapping without first checking its size, while netlbl_bitmap_walk advances beyond the supplied bitmap length. Exposure requires IPv4 CIPSO processing and a configured translation mapping; consequences are limited to disclosure or service interruption.
