Remote command execution via shell-built speech arguments

OS command injection in Pedro Trujillo Brito TTS-API 2.1.0 through 2.1.4 allows remote attackers to run shell commands via crafted API fields. The processData path concatenates text, language, and speed fields into command strings and passes them to child_process.exec without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Any network request reaching speech processing can execute commands with the privileges of the TTS-API service process, enabling host data access, modification, or service interruption.
