Denial of service in Open vSwitch 2.x through 2.17.2 and 3.0.0 allows remote attackers to delay legitimate traffic via crafted packets. The MegaFlow cache applies a cardinal linear search across attacker-expanded tuples, forcing excessive classification work for each packet. The attack requires packet reachability and suitable flow-classification policies; it degrades throughput rather than crashing the daemon.
