Remote code execution via exposed Runlabel API

Remote code execution in Podman and Varlink 1.5.1 allows remote attackers to execute commands through an exposed TCP API. The io.podman.ContainerRunlabel method pulls an attacker-selected image and executes the command stored in its chosen run label. Reachability requires a Podman Varlink service exposed over TCP without effective access controls, and commands run with the service account's privileges.
