Local code execution via oversized username

Stack-based buffer overflow in Sricam DeviceViewer 3.12.0.1 allows local users to execute code through a crafted username. The Add User workflow processes a 5,000-byte username whose excess data overwrites stack control state, enabling a DEP-bypassing ROP chain. The attacker must log in to the Windows application and submit the payload through User Management; successful exploitation launches a command shell in the application's security context.
