Process memory corruption via oversized netCDF attribute

Stack-based buffer overflow in GDAL 2.4.2 through 3.0.4 allows local users to corrupt process memory through a crafted netCDF file. The netCDF attrf helper passes a fixed NC_MAX_NAME-sized stack buffer to nc_get_att_text after obtaining an unrestricted attribute length; a second trace records an invalid write in uffd_cleanup. Reaching the flaw requires a GDAL-based process to open attacker-controlled netCDF content; public evidence demonstrates crashes and invalid writes but not code execution.
