Integer overflow via unbounded DNSCrypt provider name

Integer overflow in Unbound before 1.9.5 wraps a DNSCrypt resource-record size calculation when given an oversized configured provider name. dnsc_load_local_data() adds the provider-name length, record metadata, and certificate storage into rrlen without first bounding the name length, so the unsigned total can wrap before allocation. NLnet Labs disputes that the condition is exploitable in a running installation, and no buffer overflow or other security consequence has been demonstrated.
