Hard-coded credentials in Scytl sVote 2.1 allow remote attackers to access its OrientDB database with administrative credentials. DatabaseManagerFactory defines both DEFAULT_USERNAME and DEFAULT_PASSWORD as OUser.ADMIN, and its URL-only factory method always passes those constants to the database manager. Network reachability to OrientDB is required; the published impact is unauthorized database access and disclosure, not modification or service interruption.
