Application crash via skipped invalid EUC-KR sequence

Out-of-bounds read in GNU C Library iconv through 2.32 allows local users to crash applications via malformed EUC-KR input. The from_euc_kr conversion routine skips two bytes for a disallowed 0xfe designation without first ensuring that both bytes remain in the input buffer. The crash path requires attacker-controlled EUC-KR data to reach conversion that discards invalid input; no write or code-execution impact is reported.
